Refund Policy
We personally believe we produce some of the most exquisite handcrafted clothing . We would be delighted to back them up with a quality guarantee. However, if you do not have a great experience and the clothings do not meet your expectations or are damaged or if you have received the wrong product, please contact our customer service team to initiate an exchange or return.

Refund:
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. In an unlikely event, if the order is incorrect or you receive a damaged item, we will gladly replace it or accept it for a full refund at our expense. For a zero-deduction, the return request must be initiated within 7 days after receiving the merchandise. While the original delivery is free, the consumer is responsible for the return shipping. We will arrange for the pickup of your product within 48 working hours after receiving your request.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also have to share a receipt or proof of purchase.
We will not be able to give a zero-deduction return if we receive a return that has been used or damaged, or if the security tag has been tampered with. You can then request that it be returned at your expense. A deduction of 20% of the order value will be applied on the return of product and 30% of the order value will be levied on the return of the product after a period of 7 days.
Refund Process:
Please allow us up to 20-25 business days to credit the refund to your account after the product has been picked up by the courier company.
Except on national holidays, business days are Monday through Friday. Business days are Monday-Friday except for national holidays. Return and exchange processing begins after your package is delivered to us.
Non-Refundable Items:
We do not accept returns on things purchased on sale or with a gift code, or promotion. Please contact us if you have any questions or issues regarding your particular item.
Product Images:
We have made every attempt to reflect the colours of our items that show on www.houseofbaya.com as precisely as possible. However, because computer displays differ, we cannot guarantee that the colours seen on your monitor will be fully true.
Damages & Issues:
We are not responsible for any damages that occur during transit. Please examine your order upon receipt and notify us immediately if the item is faulty, or damaged, or if you received the incorrect item so that we may investigate and resolve the issue. In this instance, we will give you a label and arrange for the items to be picked up.
If goods are received damaged, they are labelled as defective. Items that have been damaged due to regular wear and tear are not deemed defective. If you want to exchange a faulty item rather than receive store credit, please keep in mind that we can only replace it for the identical product, subject to availability.
